TANJE ZIMBA – BLACK ESSENCE

A series of three digital paintings and interconnected video,  Me, Myself and My Hair – A journey of Acceptance.

The three paintings focus on Tanje’s commentary on some of the key fashion/aesthetic aspects of Black Culture such as hair, nails and more that have been popularised by the media.
