Brought to you by The Autistic Women’s Club, in collaboration with Moonlight and Rosewood, Wintering Well is a neuro-affirming rest and reset workshop, designed to encourage self-care and help manage expectations in the run-up to the festive period. The workshop will end with a cosy, calming Reiki bath.
